Product Warranty (with a valid proof of purchase)

* Note: OTHELLO will not replace or repair products that are without a valid proof of purchase.

OTHELLO cookware (excluding freebies) is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of three years from the date of purchase. If you find any problem with the appearance of the product upon unpacking, please contact OTHELLO customer service within 7 working days. Upon customer service verifies the product is in compliance with the warranty terms, depending on the current stock availability, OTHELLO will provide a new replacement or an equivalent value of replacement in exchange. Under the terms of warranty, OTHELLO has no further obligations other than to replace a faulty product. The warranty does not cover damages arising from improper use, or fail to follow the instruction on use and care, unauthorized repairs or alterations to the product, overheating, explicit exposure to flame, dry burning, internal or any external stains, use this product other than regular household usage, damages caused by knocking, dropping, yellowing and bluing or other abnormal circumstances apart from the above mentioned. After sales service - refer to user manual of the product purchased.
