We accepts credit cards from Visa and Mastercard. AlipayHK and Tap & Go are also accepted and can currently only be used in Hong Kong Dollars. You can also pay with a HGCmore e-voucher.
HGCmore will not charge any additional payment fees. If there is a processing fee in the payment process, please consult the relevant payment agency.
HGCmore does not support cash payment on delivery.

【Shipping and Delivery】
Once the order has been confirmed and successfully paid, the goods will be shipped within 2 working days after the payment is received. You can go to My Account > My Orders to check the shipping progress.
After the order is shipped, the system will notify you by email that the item has been sent and its waybill number, so that you can check the delivery status on the official website of the courier company.
If you find that the delivery time is too long, please contact the SF's customer service. The delivery progress can be checked by providing the product waybill number on the email.

Please note that delivery time cannot be specified when placing an order. If you are not available to receive the goods when the courier company is contacting you, please contact the courier company directly afterwards.
Before signing the parcel, please check the following: whether the consignee's name is your own, and/or whether the parcel outer packaging has obvious deformation and damage.
